MAREK ŠARLEJ
Director (*1981)
Analysis of the initial conditions, advice of the best solutions and strategy plan for successful realization. Preparation of economical analysis of the suggested solution while taking into account your specific needs and preferences. Assistance with coordination and organization of the project realization process. Connecting various profession workers into fully functional realization team.
Marek Šarlej got his Ph.D. in Construction and Process Engineering at Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic. He spent part of his studies in Fachhochschule, Augsburg, Germany. He has been involved in the issue of transformation various types of wastes into energy since 2006. During this period, he has designed, coordinated or took part on realization of projects in the Czech Republic as well as abroad (Slovakia, Russia, Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Myanmar).
He has managed or participated waste to energy units reconstructions and greening of coal heating and power plants.
Marek regularly participates in conferences focused on waste management and air protection, does technical publications and keeps moving with modern trends. More details can be found at LinkedIn.
MAREK FILIP
Director (*1978)
Technological design of your project for the best effectivity. Recommendation of the best available technical solution and development of the documentation into necessary details. Supply of authorised project documentation and negotiations with authorities. Management of the project: coordination of the subcontractors to ensure its smooth realization.
Marek Filip got his Ph.D. in Construction and Process Engineering at Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic. After gaining wide experience in designing, realization, putting into service and servicing of various technologies in energetics, he extended his education with the “Technological equipment of buildings” authorisation. He has worked on many projects on various positions – designer, project realization coordinator, technician for putting into service, maintenance of the technologies. Marek has wide experience in project management and realization of all his projects, as well as long time experience with team leadership in the field of ecology and energetics projects. He has realized projects of waste to energy transformation, greening of coal heating and power plants and biomass energy production. Those projects were realized in the Czech Republic as well as abroad (Slovakia, Netherlands, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Myanmar).
